Symbolic AI vs Machine Learning

Every card payment screened by Stripe Radar gets a risk score from 0 to 99, produced by a machine-learning model. By default a score of 75 or more puts the payment in the "highest" risk level, and a rule that is switched on for every Radar user reads Block if :risk_level: = 'highest'. Merchants add rules of their own in the same syntax, such as Review if :card_country: != :ip_country:.
