When a target opens its virtual data room, roughly 600 documents become readable through the data-room vendor's MCP server, which allows 20 concurrent sessions per room. The team wants a memo within 15 minutes of the room opening, every claim in it cited to a document or a public register, the target and its 12 largest counterparties checked against public sanctions and company registers, and nothing from the data room leaving the company except the names those checks require. A deal lawyer reads every memo before anyone acts on it.
