KnowledgeOS is operated by Ajit Kumar Singh. By creating an account, purchasing access, or using subscriber features, you agree to these terms and the linked Privacy and Refund Policies. If you do not agree, continue only with the public material.

A Course Pass provides personal access to one named focused course. A Founding Academy Pass provides access to the complete GenAI Engineering Handbook and every focused course available in the academy during the access period.

Both paid products last 12 months from successful payment confirmation. Launch purchases are one-time payments and do not renew automatically. Content may be corrected, updated, or reorganized while preserving the purchased learning scope.

Your purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read the material and use the included labs for personal education and professional skill development. It does not transfer ownership of the manuscripts, diagrams, software, or course assets.

You may not resell access, share an account, publish substantial course copies, remove attribution, scrape locked content, bypass access controls, or use the material to train or populate a competing commercial course.

Runnable labs are provided for education, not production workloads. They are isolated, networkless, time-limited, and subject to per-minute, daily, source-size, and concurrency limits. Attempts to escape the runner, mine cryptocurrency, attack infrastructure, automate excessive submissions, or execute unlawful content may result in suspension.

Lab availability can be interrupted for maintenance, capacity protection, or security response. Authored source files remain available according to the product entitlement even when interactive execution is temporarily unavailable.

Prices are displayed in Indian rupees. Taxes, if legally required, are shown or handled through the payment process. Razorpay processes payment credentials; KnowledgeOS verifies the provider order, signature, captured status, amount, and currency before granting access.

Access normally activates immediately after verification. A delayed provider confirmation may activate it through the payment webhook. Do not submit repeated payments when a completed payment is still reconciling; use support with the order details.

Refund eligibility and processing are governed by the Refund Policy. A processed full refund ends the entitlement created by that order.

The courses provide engineering education and examples, not guarantees of employment, certification, earnings, regulatory compliance, or fitness for a particular production system. You remain responsible for reviewing generated code, designs, security controls, licensing, and domain-specific obligations before professional use.

KnowledgeOS may restrict or terminate access for payment reversal, account sharing, security abuse, unlawful use, or material breach of these terms. Where practical, ordinary account issues will be handled through support before termination. Rights that protect intellectual property, payment records, and platform security survive termination.

The platform is provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted availability and error-free content cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability arising from a paid product is limited to the amount paid for that product. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Material changes apply prospectively and will be dated on this page. The terms accepted at checkout are recorded with the order. Questions, legal notices, and account issues can be submitted through KnowledgeOS Support.
