Embeddings

Chapter 1's keyword retriever could not answer "What is the nightly accommodation cap in NYC?". The travel policy says "hotel limit per night in New York", the two share no word, and every document scored zero. An employee would call that a stupid search engine. An engineer should call it a representation problem: the retriever compares words, and the question and the answer use different ones.
