At 09:04 a support engineer asks the company's knowledge assistant whether support is being reorganized. Whether the draft comes back depends on three things that appear on no architecture diagram: when the connector next asks SharePoint what changed, how long the pipeline takes to apply an ACL update, and whether yesterday's cached answer to a similar question remembers which document it was built from.
