Section 2

Reasoning Patterns

Reasoning patterns are not magic incantations that make a model smarter. They change how an application decomposes work, spends inference, obtains external evidence, and selects among alternatives. The section uses small deterministic fixtures to make those mechanics inspectable, then defines the empirical tests required before claiming a model-quality improvement.
