Production Prompt Engineering

A prompt in production needs an output contract that code can rely on, evidence that a new version is better on the tickets that matter, and a release process that records which version ran and can take it back. This section builds all three for the ticket router, then closes the volume with a design review that prices six designs and chooses among those that pass every gate by total cost.
