Prompt Evaluation

Prompt v2 adds a category glossary and six worked examples to Chapter 1's triage prompt, and on the 500-ticket labelled set it routes 447 tickets to the right category against v1's 408. Before anyone ships it, three questions need numbers: is the gain real, did anything that matters get worse, and would a smarter test have noticed either?
