CrewAI
A reviewer opens the confirmation card for Chen Silva's return, sees tablet 6065192424, $989.70, refund to gift card 7250692, and presses Enter without typing. In the recorded run of this chapter's CrewAI flow, that empty answer filed the return. It happened to be the correct return. The flow would have filed a wrong one just as readily, because it was configured the obvious way, emit=["approved", "rejected"], and CrewAI 1.15.22 turns blank feedback into the first option on that list. Its console prompt even invites the keystroke: "(Press Enter to skip, or type your feedback)". Put "rejected" first, make it the default, and the same keystroke declines the return.
