The team stops. Its stop reason reads "Text 'APPROVE' mentioned", and the last proposal on the table is the one the reviewer had just rejected. That run was recorded on autogen-agentchat 0.7.5 with a scripted reviewer, and nothing in it is exotic: the team was stopped by TextMentionTermination("APPROVE"), the condition AgentChat provides to "terminate the conversation if a specific text is mentioned", and it tests for a substring.
