AI Operations and Observability

Section 2 gives the claims assistant the evidence to explain any one of its 210,000 monthly interactive calls, to decide when to page someone, freeze a rollout or wait, and to decide whether a prompt change ships. It does so without copying claim files into telemetry: traces and logs carry identifiers, versions, verdicts and hashes, and the text stays in the stores that already govern it.
