Security
The claims assistant reads about 360 million tokens of claim files a month, 12,000 per claim, and most of that text was written outside the insurer, by claimants, repair shops, clinics and lawyers, many of whom have a financial interest in how the claim ends. Any sentence in that text can try to act as an instruction to the model that reads it.
