Security, Cost, Scaling and Reliability

Section 3 sets the envelope the claims assistant has to operate inside: what a poisoned claim file can reach, what an accepted outcome costs, how much work fits through the providers' meters in a catastrophe, and what happens when a provider fails or answers go wrong without an error. The closing capstone puts the whole design, with its numbers from Chapters 1 to 12, in front of an architecture review board.
